We’re so sorry your order hasn’t been delivered yet. We do everything we can to make sure you receive your purchase as quickly as possible. Please send us an email at hello@wearfika.com and we’ll sort this out as soon as we can.

Where does FIKA WEAR ship?

We ship globally.

How much does shipping cost?
We ship free for all orders above US$150. For orders below US$150, you will be presented with several shipping rates and delivery times at check-out, as well as be able to see the tax & duties information for your destination country.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
At checkout, you will be able to view the duties and taxes for all shipments purchased on www.wearfika.com.

What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.

RETURNS

What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return full-price items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging.

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

We are not able to offer returns on products marked "final sale".

What's the return process?
We are pleased to offer simple returns to our warehouse in Hong Kong. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
